Where to Eat Vegan During UNBOUND 2026

Explore UNBOUND’s Vegan Dining Scene with this list of the best plant-based dining options in and around Boston’s Seaport.

There are some huge changes to HubSpot's flagship event this year as it evolves from INBOUND to UNBOUND, but one thing will definitely stay the same - the days are long!

Between keynotes, networking events, after-hours meetups, and walking the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center all day...trust me when I say, "You're going to get hungry!"

Finding good food quickly becomes a top priority.

As a long-time vegetarian, I know that finding good options in a new city can be a challenge.

Luckily, as a Boston has one of the best vegan-friendly food scenes in the country.

As Boston locals and longtime conference attendees, we put together some of our favorite vegan-friendly spots to help you spend less time searching and more time enjoying UNBOUND 2026.

Best Quick Vegan Lunches Near UNBOUND

Life Alive Organic Cafe

Best For: Healthy Lunches and Recharge Breaks

Don't feel like dealing with the food truck lines? Need a break outside of the conference to recharge? We get it - and so does Life Alive - known for its colorful grain bowls, wraps, smoothies, and fresh juices. This vegetarian cafe makes it easy to grab something filling without feeling weighed down before your next session.

Life Alive is an organic café with an all-vegetarian menu. If you’re the type that likes to stay healthy while traveling for work, Life Alive makes it easy to do so with its menu.

My typical order is the Hot & Healthy Bachelor, which is a grilled whole-wheat tortilla filled with melted cheddar cheese, hardboiled eggs, broccoli, kale, Braggs' nutritional flakes. I like to pair it with a Lust Alive smoothie, which is made with strawberries, bananas, fresh ginger, cinnamon, raw cacao, gelato, and coconut milk.

Pro Tip: This is also a solid spot if you need a quieter lunch break away from the convention crowds.

Location: 431 Boylston St, Boston, MA 02116

sweetgreen

Best For: Fast Lunches Between Sessions

If you need something quick, reliable, and walkable from BCEC, make sure to check out sweetgreen in Seaport! Their mission says it all: “Building healthier communities by connecting people to real food.”

Known for its Innovative cold and hot salads mixing sweet and savory ingredients with different textures, this is one of my top choices if you only have a short window between sessions.

Location: 47 Northern Ave, Boston, MA 02210

Best Vegan-Friendly Restaurants for Networking Dinners

LULU GREEN

Best For: Group Dinners and Elevated Vegan

If you're looking for a vegan-friendly dinner spot that feels a little more polished after a long day at UNBOUND, this is one of the best options in Boston right now.

LULU GREEN serves fully vegan dishes inspired by global flavors, like tacos and noodles to small plates and cocktails. A good spot for team dinners, client meetings, or recapping the day's sessions with new friends.

Location: 246 W Broadway, South Boston, MA

My Thai Cafe

Best For: Flavor-Packed Dinners with Lots of Options

I'm a huge fan of the noodles and curry at My Thai Cafe. This has been a longtime favorite for vegan Thai food in Boston, known for a huge menu and wide range of bubble teas!

Some of our favorite menu items include the Mango Curry with Chicken and the “Bird’s Nest” – a fried taro-root nest filled with a combo of veggie-chicken and veggie-beef together with red peppers, zucchini, string beans, broccoli, onion, pineapple chunks, and walnuts, seasoned with a hot curry sauce!

Pro Tip: Generous portions.

Location: 3 Beach St, Boston, MA

Best Vegan Spots Worth the Short Trip

Veggie Galaxy

Best For: Comfort Food and Classic Diner Feel

Searching for classic comfort food? Head to Veggie Galaxy!

Nestled in Cambridge, their all-vegetarian menu offers delicious burgers, sandwiches, breakfast delights, and even vegan desserts!

Some of our favorites include the Buffalo Mac and Cheese, Reuben Sandwich, Mozzarella Sticks, and, of course, the Boston Cream Pie for dessert – all vegan.

Location: 450 Massachusetts Ave, Cambridge, MA.

Grasshopper

Best For: Late-Night Comfort Food

For those looking to get outside the Seaport and venture out to Allston, roughly 6 miles from the BCEC, Grasshopper just can’t be beaten.

If you were to stop anyone on the street in the neighborhood of Allston and ask them what they think about Grasshopper, you’ll either be told that the “No Name” vegan chicken makes up a significant portion of their diet or that the vegan buffet that takes place on the third Sunday of every month is the most significant social event on their calendars.

Make no mistake about this local favorite; the place is a dive. But what they lack in charming aesthetic, they make up for by serving up some of the best vegan Chinese and Vietnamese food anywhere.

The No Name chicken, which is battered gluten in a sweet and sour sauce, is a must. I’m also fond of the Spicy Black Pepper and Garlic Beef-Style Seitan.

Location: 1 Brighton Ave, Allston, MA 02134

Room for Dessert?

TAIYAKI Ice Cream

TAIYAKI Ice Cream is Boston's official home of the legendary fish-shaped ice cream cones!

The Growth Spurt team discovered this gem last year and have already made plans to go back during UNBOUND!

Delicious ice cream and good vegan options.

Location: 119 Seaport Blvd Suite B, Boston, MA 02210
